AWTK # 3 – Halfway There

I hope abot pa to Aggie. Hehe! Late na ko nakasagot. I’m having a hard time answering this, tamad ko kasi mag blog eh hehe. Anyway, here is Aggie’s question:

How’d your first six months go? And what are you looking forward to the next six months?

Now I realized the importance of having a New Year’s Resolution, Fearless Forecast or kahit yung month by month round up. This won’t be as detailed as what the others did so here goes nothing. :)

January was a good start for us, nothing really fancy but we’re doing ok. We visited fun ranch and Lance tried their spa. This was also when we enrolled Lance at the Little Gym. There were some disappointments too like Paul’s work schedule and Lance showing signs of having asthma.

February was pregnancy month. I learned that I was pregnant and had our first ultrasound. This was also the time I experienced the pregnancy blues as posted here and here.

March is my birthday month. Nothing happened naman during my birthday, ate lang at Don Henrico’s with the family. March was also Lance’s first time to visit the dentist. He also had the midway matinee at the Little Gym.

April naman, we joined in our company’s summer outing. It was Lance’s first time to swim and he surely had a blast!! He also had another asthma attack, this time it’s worse than the first one. Highlights for this month are Lance’s show day at the little gym, Paul finding a new job that’s related to what his skills are and me having a new staff at last.

May was travel month for Paul. He went to Batangas then to Naga twice and then to Baguio. This was also when I realized that I can’t sleep well without Paul by my side. :) On Lance naman, we were looking for something for him to do so he had trial classes at kindermusik and tumble tots.  But the highlight for this month is knowing the gender of our baby. We’re having a girl!!!

June was our Anniversary Month. We were not able to celebrate it the way we planned due to some unforeseen expenses but us being together is enough.

Ayan that’s it. Haba din pala hehe! The things to look forward to for the next six months are:

  1. Coming of our Baby Hannah
  2. Arrival of brother and his family and of my parents
  3. Christmas and New Year because we’ll be complete :)
